I just got back from band camp on Thursday, late, because some idiot decided to rearp-end a bright yellow school bus going 55mph (30kph?) down a highway/motorway.In a dealership car that he wasn't going to buy driving BACK to the dealership. AND he's had five previous accidents. The police are taking him to court but I'm not in on the details.
Our band show is Cirque du Soliel: La Nouba ( A la Lune, Urban, Reve Rouge, Distored). If you want to know what exactly our band show is go on to you-tube and look up DCI Perect score- thats close to what were doing. I might post a link here for you to see it if the put it on the band website.
And I made squad leader(**details at bottom of post) with no marching experience. What.The.Frick.
One of the seinors made fun of the instuctor that swore alot so theygave her the Oh S**t award (s-star-star-t)
Victoria is being replaced for Eclipse- she had another movie comitment.
Kingdom Hearts: 358/2days (three five eight over 2 days) is soming out on Sept. 29. I'm making an Organization 13 cloack so i can be Marluxia for halloween.

Alright so a squad leader is in charge of making sure that their squad and them are marching to the right spot at the right time and doing it right.(section leaders sre in charge of everyone who plays thier instument-which isnt hard because their kept around eachother on the feild all the time)
HOW THE HELL DID THEY PICK ME IF I'VE NEVER MARCHED???? Theres one other juinor in the clarinets they could have picked!!! (we have 1 senior, 3 juniors, 3 sofemores and 7 freshmen) Even a sofemore could do.
And speacking of squads and sofemores there's one thats anoying me right now.
I won't say her name(or type rather) but she's in my group of friends and in my squad. On the third to last day of band camp she started getting really upset at me because i won't cover down(line up) with the right person in the line because its the first time I was in a line like that in the show and I was new and I kept forgetting. And she startes getting 'wichy' with a 'B' at me. I thought this was because she had stayed up late the previous night with my other friends and was just testy due to lack of sleep, so I ignored it hopeing it would just blow over.
Hoooohhhhohhhhhh was I wrong.
At lunch she asked me if i was going to dance with them and I said I wasn't becauce I don't like partys (cuse I don't) and she SNAPED at me "Some life you have". And it wasn't like a 'play' thing like my friends will sometimes do thats perfectly ok it was a MEAN B****Y SNAP!! She then started to pointly attack me at lunch whenever I would say or do something (mostly dirty looks). I didn't retaliate or do anything to her so I wouldn't make it worse because she's a nice person, this was the first time I had seen her like this and I knew it ws abnormal so I forgave her.
Then came wednesday.
In the morning she didn't say anything direct to me, wich is normal because my other friend (who needs to have a pervert off with conor) dose most of the talking so okay. I thought she got more sleep last night and I was relieved she was a little better and maybe she'd stop being angry at me(and maybe a little jelous that i was picked over the other junior and sofemores to be squad leader but I think thats a very small posibitly and its understansable). We then go to the music practice hall in Slipper Rock University(band camp) know as Swope(sw-oh-pa). I'm ahead of her in music because i've been playing longer so I'm glad we won't have any problems here if I try to give her advice(and as squad leader I cover music too so I was trying to do my job). I had the first song we were practing memerized so i was listing to the people around me(mostly freshmen) to see(or hear) if they needed help, and on this one slow section the clarinets only have a sixthenth note( semi-quaiver) on every other beat using two notes alternitivly so we're not playing much, and I'm siting next to her and I see and hear her playing the trumpet part (beacause its compicated and our finger have to move alot to play it- I did look at a trumpets music later) so it was obvious she was doing it, AND I thought I herd her doing it last year during concert band( i sit next to her and a guy then so i know who it is now), o I gently nudge her, three times (little harder than the last ones but I didn't think it was that hard) to get her to stop playing that and play our part, and she gets really angry and snippy at me again( quietly thought so mr. heofler dosn't noctice). When we're packing up our instuments to go to lunch I tell her (more like order to be honest because sdhe wasn't listing to me and I was getting anry to be honest) to play only our music and she denyed that she was doing it( I figgin' saw and herd her okay, theres no denying it to me). We got into a really load verbal argument and our section leader tells her to go to lunch and talks to me to the side(cuse i answer directly to him 'technecly') and tells me to drop it because she was doing it last year and as long as the notes are right I shouldn't do anything because thay tried all last season and neve got her to stop.(wiched ticked me off because this IS competion music)
If we get a II instead of a I at comtest because they heard someone playing a different part than their suppsoed to I'm blaming her if she keeps doing this.
Then at lunch i decided to sit with my friends instead of my mother and she called me stupid.( she acully said thats stupid but I just think she wanted to get rid of me). And to be honest I also snapped back that it wasn't (cuse now i was ticked) and started being a little mean to her.
It was preety much the same on thursday.
But hopefull when we go to band practic on monday (at 8am) she'll be better from getting enough sleep. I'm not going to bring any of this up sohopefully we can be cool again. I'm putting up a poll for this though so vote please
